KENT SPORTS DEVELOPMENT UNIT Kent County Council'
s Sports Development Unit develops sport, provides a focus for sports issues, and ensures that the best use is made of resources in the County. Through the Sports Development Unit, KCC helps support disabled athletes to reach their potential, with funding advice and support, and to inspire others to push the boundaries of their disability. KCC has provided great support and assistance to Hilary's Round Britain Dream.
LIONS CLUBS OF BRITISH ISLES AND IRELAND (MD105) Lions Clubs International is the world's largest volunteer service organisation; an international network of 1.3 million men and women in 202 countries and geographic areas that work together to answer the needs that challenge communities around the world. Through its network of Clubs, Zones, Regions, and Districts, MD105 is providing support to the project by organising local facilities around the route and many clubs have made generous donations to Hilary's Round Britain Dream Fund. 
Hilary is a member of the Whitstable and Herne Bay Lions Club.
THB CLOWES is a division of Thomson Heath & Bond Limited, a specialist insurance broker, and focuses specifically on insurance of high risk activities; it is particularly prominent in Formula One motor racing. Although Hilary's project doesn't fall into any of those categories, THB has used its extensive contacts to arrange all of the project's non-marine insurance covers and has also very generously paid for those covers.
OLIVE GROUP (SecureLocate TM) Olive Group is a global provider of integrated security and risk mitigation solutions and has the in-house capability to h
elp monitor and protect personnel and assets globally, 24/7, 365 days a year, through its Dubai based C4i Platform (DCC), established specifically to support the locating and tracking system SecureLocate. Using the Harrier device, which uses the Iridium Satellite network and allows voice communication, SecureLocate will track Hilary's amazing journey around Britain. The system also allows an instant alarm response in the event of emergency.
WESTBERE SAILING OPPORTUNITIES (WSO) is a registered charity that was founded by David James MBE in 2000, with the sole purpose of giving an experience of sailing to people of all ages with disabilities. People who through some physical disability, learning difficulty, or other condition might not otherwise be able to get on the water and enjoy sailing. WSO gave Hilary her chance to sail and live again!
COBRA-CMS enables organisations to manage their online communications by simplifying and automating many aspects of web publishing. Cobra-cms designed and built our website and have supplied us with their easy to use content management system for total management of our website.
GRAPEFRUIT GRAPHICS was set up in the summer of 2003 by long term friends Andy Yeomans & Jim Turner to offer clients a wide range of branding design, consultancy, application & production; whether it be for an individual, a team or for a specific event. Grapefruit kindly produced and applied all of our partners' and sponsors' logos to Hilary's boat and the land vehicles.
QUICK MCMORRAN is one of the fastest growing Sponsorship Consultancies in the UK and provides a number of sponsors with sponsorship strategy and effective sponsorship activation. QuickMcMorran actively works with Artemis Investment Management and are keen to work with Hilary wearing both an Artemis hat on as well as being well positioned to offer sponsorship support to the whole project.
PHU:MO (FORMERLY FINN WILLIAM) produce first-rate creative web and graphic design work, using the full range of marketing and design skills and experience. Finn William sponsored the design and production of our Information Brochure and continue their support through ongoing design of marketing material. Nigel also designed our cool logo.
ALPHAGRAPHICS NORTHEAST is a leading provider in printed communications, offering a solutions orientated focus for their customers worldwide. AlphaGraphics NorthEast sponsored the printing of our Information Brochure and continue their support through the print production & delivery of all our marketing material.
BTS MOULDINGS provided us their time in constructing Hilary's state of the art seat, designed by Hilary's friend Viv Thompson. The specially moulded seat will offer Hilary maximum support whilst sailing.
QBITUS PRODUCTS provided the body moulding foam for Hilary's seat to ensure Hilary is nicely padded up whilst on the water.
