Without the support of our Launch Partners, Hilary Lister's Round Britain Dream would never have got off the ground. Pindar & Artemis both agreed during 2006 that they would be there to support Hilary to ensure she realised her dream of sailing solo round Britain.
Pindar
Pindar is one of the leading print and electronic media companies. Through a chance meeting with Emma Sanderson (neé Richards) at the 2005 London Boatshow, Hilary managed to secure sponsorship from Pindar for her Channel Challenge. It is without doubt that without Pindar’s support, Hilary may never have achieved her dream to sail across the Channel. Pindar continues to support the Round Britain Dream.
Artemis Investment Management
Artemis is one of the UK’s leading investment companies, Artemis Investment Management has generously purchased Hilary’s boat, the Artemis 20, for Hilary. The Artemis 20 has been especially adapted for Hilary by Vizual Marine, the builders of the Artemis 20. Artemis has also purchased the sip & puff system developed by Steve Alvey and a new specialised seating arrangement.
